Our Financial Policy

We request payment at the time of visit. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard,
Discover or Care Credit. If your child's dental treatment is extensive, our administrator
will meet with you and give you a treatment estimate.

As a courtesy, we will file with most dental insurance plans. We ask that payment is
made in full at the first visit to our office. Please bring your insurance card or a claim
form with you to the first visit. Once a payment history has been established with your
insurance plan, you will be asked to pay estimated co-pays and for any non-covered
services at each visit. We participate with United Concordia, Inc. insurance.

Remember, you are responsible for your account. Your policy is an agreement between
you and your insurance company. You are responsible for any services not covered by
your policy.
